Three Habits to Change
My idea is to share my stories and experience, and offer support and inspiration to the youth market about how to live a healthier life by changing one habit at a time, in areas such as healthy eating, physical exercise and self-care.
The problem this GI venture seeks to address is the massive lack of education for teens on healthy eating and living, and support for mental and physical health. To address this issue, the venture has an idea to share stories, support and inspiration aimed at improving physical and mental health. This venture is named Three Habits to Change.
